Pathways
We welcome players aged 7–18, divided into three clear development pathways:
SILVER SQUAD
- For talented individuals just outside the Gold selection. Occasional participation in development fixtures.
- Focus on refining technical and tactical skills to push towards Gold squad.
GOLD SQUAD
- For players with the potential to play at the highest level.
- Regular fixtures including showcase matches against semi-professional sides and a minimum Category 3 academy teams for scouting opportunities.
- High-intensity, elite-style training. Invitation based on demonstrated ability and potential.
BRONZE SQUAD
- For foundational or recreational players looking to develop without added pressure.
- Access to high-standard development coaching

Weekly Weekend Development Sessions
Showcase Football Development (SFD) is designed to help you stay ahead of your teammates and stand out on the pitch.
These weekly weekend development sessions run with monthly themes, catering for athletes from the recreational stage right up to advanced players aiming for the semi-professional, academy, or professional game.
